Texprocess 2026: Style3D | ASSYST Highlights AI, 3D and Automation in Fashion Production

During Texprocess 2026, Style3D | ASSYST showcased technologies designed to support digital transformation in the fashion industry. The company highlighted applications of AI, 3D, 2D, and automation across various stages of production, including design, product development, and manufacturing.

Style3D | ASSYST operates as a fashion technology provider and presented solutions focused on integrating digital workflows across the production process.

“Our takeaway from Texprocess 2026 is very clear: the show was a strong success for us. We experienced a high level of openness toward innovation. The strong traffic at our booth confirmed that our solutions for AI, 3D, and automation are exactly what the industry is looking for.” Hans Peter Hiemer, Managing Director, Style3D | ASSYST

At the exhibition booth, the company demonstrated how AI-enabled workflows can be applied to streamline design, product development, and marketing processes. A key focus was on connected digital systems, covering AI-assisted design, 3D and 2D development, automated costing, and precision cutting. These solutions were shown for both large-scale production, including denim, and micro factory setups used for prototyping and small batch production.

Live demonstrations were conducted in collaboration with partners Zünd Systemtechnik and Bullmer. These demonstrations focused on integrating digital planning and automated cutting into industrial production processes, covering stages from data preparation to manufacturing.

Another area of focus was robotics, where Style3D introduced developments through Synreal.ai. The showcase included applications of physical AI and robotics, particularly in training robots to handle soft materials such as textiles and simulating production workflows.

An additional project presented at the event involved collaboration with Alsico. The project focuses on developing protective workwear for robotics. Garments for humanoid robots were created digitally using Style3D Studio within a few days, using a robot avatar without physical sampling.

Style3D | ASSYST also participated in presentations at the Texprocess Forum, where case studies were shared to demonstrate the use of integrated AI and 3D systems in industry applications.

As Hans Peter Hiemer, Managing Director of Style3D | ASSYST, explains:

“Texprocess 2026 clearly confirmed one thing for us: the next step is consistent AI adoption and the shift from isolated tools to fully connected end-to-end processes. The show remains the ideal platform to demonstrate how the apparel industry can reinvent itself through digital innovation, AI, and robotics. From AI-driven design to automated cutting, visitors at the Style3D | ASSYST booth experienced the future of fashion technology first-hand.”

The company exhibited at Hall 8, Booth D40. Additional information is available at https://style3d-assyst.com/events/texprocess-2026/ and style3d-assyst.com.
