Texpo 2025: Garment and Textile Exporters Embrace Sustainability on Global Stage

Approximately 100 garment and textile exporters representing various textile clusters across the country are gearing up to showcase their products at Texpo 2025. This prestigious exhibition, slated to take place in Germany from September 16 to 18, is a collaborative effort between the Tirupur Exporters and Manufacturers Association (TEAMA) and Texpo Global Projects. The Tamil Nadu government is extending its support to this event, which will feature around 30 exhibitors from Tiruppur. In addition to Germany, plans are underway to host a similar expo in the United States. The participating exhibitors will have the opportunity to leverage online platforms for engaging in business-to-business transactions. The event will also facilitate a buyer-seller meet during the three-day exhibition in Germany, with a focus on sustainability, circular economy, and innovation. Leading up to the event, a series of strategic roadshows and meetings have been organised in textile hubs like Tiruppur, Karur, Surat, Ludhiana, among others. This collaborative effort aims to promote sustainable practices, showcase innovative solutions, and foster international trade partnerships within the garment and textile industry.
