Tecnorama, with roots in advanced lab dyeing and dispensing systems since 1984 and global recognition for its Dos&Dye® technology, has introduced the Dyrama 4R—a robotic dyeing module designed for “Just in Time” small-batch production. Available in three models (4R/1000, 4R/2500, and 4R/6000), these modules address rising demands for flexibility, accuracy, and productivity in modern textile manufacturing.

The Dyrama series supports dye loads between 1 kg and 6 kg and is compatible with yarn packages, ribbons, and zippers. Each unit includes four independent autoclaves with separate heating and cooling controls and reversible circulation pumps, allowing customized dyeing processes.

A central robotic arm automates material transfer, enabling continuous, 24/7 operations while minimizing errors, delays, and downtime. Proprietary software ensures accurate, consistent dye results — essential for fast-paced, varied production cycles.

Key innovations include:

  1. A patented automatic zipper dyeing solution, unique within the textile machinery space.
  2. Micro-batch dyeing capabilities ideal for rapid sampling needs in fashion manufacturing.

With reduced re-dyeing, faster changeovers, and enhanced energy efficiency via thermally independent autoclaves and electric heating options, the Dyrama 4R system positions itself as a precision-driven, modular solution for flexible textile dyeing.

Tecnorama will showcase this innovation at ITMA ASIA – Singapore, in Hall H7 – Stand A413, emphasizing their commitment to smart dyeing solutions tailored for today’s dynamic textile industry.
