Techtextil 2026 records over 1,500 exhibitors across key growth segments

Techtextil 2026 will host more than 1,500 exhibitors from 49 countries in Frankfurt am Main from 21 to 24 April 2026. Held alongside Texprocess, the two events together will bring more than 1,700 exhibitors to the exhibition grounds.
Techtextil 2026 will feature over 1,500 exhibitors representing 49 countries, including more than 120 first-time participants. Sixteen country pavilions are confirmed, among them France, Korea and Switzerland, with the Netherlands and Tunisia participating for the first time with dedicated pavilions. Growth is reported from European and intercontinental markets such as India, the Netherlands and Portugal, along with new exhibitors from Australia, Colombia, Nigeria, Hungary and Uruguay.
Texprocess, which takes place concurrently, will remain stable with around 200 exhibitors despite challenging market conditions. Together, the two fairs will host more than 1,700 exhibitors in Frankfurt. According to the organisers, the events will bring together decision-makers from multiple industries to explore market opportunities, partnerships and application development.
The Performance Apparel Textiles segment in Hall 9.0 will double its exhibition space in 2026. Around 130 exhibitors from 13 countries will participate, including approximately 30 first-time exhibitors. The area will feature the live presentation “Performance Apparels on Stage,” which will demonstrate functional end products and wearables based on materials supplied by exhibitors.
Top exhibitors in this segment include Concordia Textiles (Belgium), Getzner Textil (Austria), Kermel (France), Klopman International (Italy), Lenard (Spain), Noble Biomaterials (USA), Outlast and Prym Fashion (Germany), Textil Santanderina (Spain), and YKK Europe Limited Germany Branch (United Kingdom). First-time exhibitors include DuPont de Nemours International Sàrl (Switzerland), Francis Dinsmore (United Kingdom), Heliotextil (Portugal), Khosla High Performance Textile (India), Osmar Buckle (Taiwan), Paskal Zipper and Fasteners (Israel), PPH Polexim (Poland), RTS Textiles and Stretchline (United Kingdom), Technitiger (Spain), and Xinke Protective (Netherlands).
Under the Nature Performance focus, Techtextil will highlight exhibitors providing materials based on natural polymers and bio-based fibres. The Nature Performance label will be displayed at participating stands, and visitors will be able to identify suppliers using the online exhibitor search.
In Hall 9.1, Barnet Europe, CORDENKA (Germany), Kanpur Plastikpack (India) and Longcell Europe (Germany) will present fibres made from natural polymers and other bio-based fibres. Calloni (Italy) and Senbis Polymer Innovations (Netherlands) will show corresponding fibres in Hall 9.0. Fiacao da Graca (Portugal) will exhibit yarns made from organic natural fibres in Hall 9.1, while Gülipek Kumas (Turkey), Inovafil Fiacao (Portugal) and Karafiber (Turkey) will present yarns based on natural fibres. Belchem (Germany) will add inorganic natural fibres to the range.
For the first time in 2026, Textile Chemicals & Dyes will be introduced as a dedicated product segment at Techtextil. More than 30 exhibitors from eleven countries will present their products in Hall 9.0. The segment will be located near Fibres, Yarns and Performance Apparel Textiles to facilitate coordination between suppliers, manufacturers and users.
This segment will address applications including outdoor and protective clothing, industrial and automotive uses, as well as aerospace, medical technology, filtration and construction. Exhibitors include Archroma (Switzerland), CHT (Germany), CTF2000 (Belgium), EMS-Chemie (Switzerland), Icap - Sira Chemicals and Polymers and IMA (Italy), Interplast Kimya Sanayi Ve Ticaret (Turkey), Livinguard (Switzerland), Novotex (Italy), Rudolf and Schill+Seilacher (Germany), Sarex Chemicals (India), Schmits Chemical and Tanatex Chemicals (Netherlands).
