Technosport Unveils Duracool+ Apparel at Exclusive Open House

Leading Indian sportswear company Technosport, in association with KARL MAYER and A.T.E., recently held a successful Open House event at its mega-facility in Perundurai. TechnoSport is dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality clothing while putting sustainability and international recognition first. Technosport recently made an investment in state-of-the-art KARL MAYER HKS-3M Tricot warp knitting machines in order to further this goal and broaden its market reach.

KARL MAYER is proud to recognize Technosport as the first customer in South India to leverage tricot machines for active and sportswear production. Over 100 industry professionals from Tirupur, Erode, Coimbatore, and other regions attended the event

The fabrication of specialty warp-knitted fabrics for activewear and sportswear was shown live to attendees using three HKS 3M machines and a DS-Warper. Mr. Navin Agrawal from A.T.E. gave a welcome speech at the event, and Mr. Mark Smith then gave an enlightening talk on warp knitting technique. Displays of completed clothing and samples of warp-knitted fabric were used by Mr. Franseska Guth and the A.T.E. sales team to further engage the audience.

The open house culminated in a dynamic demonstration of all three machines operating at speeds up to 2800, producing fabrics for activewear.

This strategic partnership with KARL MAYER Germany has enabled Technosport to launch its innovative "DuraCool+" warp-knitting technology, utilizing Karl Mayer HKS-3M machines. Building on this advancement, Technosport plans to introduce versatile, functional, and durable all-day pants, combining the robustness of woven trousers with the comfort and flexibility of knitwear.
