Suzlon Appoints Rahul Jain as Chief Financial Officer

Finance veteran from SRF Limited joins Suzlon to drive financial transformation, strengthen governance, and advance the company’s renewable growth strategy.

The Suzlon Group, one of India’s leading renewable energy companies, has announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Jain as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective December 15, 2025. His addition to the leadership team marks a strategic move to fortify Suzlon’s financial capabilities as it enters its next phase of expansion.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Rahul Jain brings a proven track record of steering financial transformation and driving growth across industries. During his 17-year tenure at SRF Limited, where he most recently served as Group CFO, he played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation through streamlined processes, technology integration, and disciplined capital management. His leadership contributed significantly to SRF’s global expansion and sustained shareholder value creation.

Before SRF, Rahul spent a decade at Jubilant Organosys Limited, where he contributed to multiple strategic growth initiatives. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Rahul has built a reputation for his expertise in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital allocation across large-scale industrial operations.
