Suominen introduces BIOLACE® Ultrasoft, a plant-based nonwoven for those with sensitive skin

Suominen introduces BIOLACE® Ultrasoft, a plant-based, biodegradable, plastic-free, and compostable nonwoven for personal care and infant goods. BIOLACE® Ultrasoft is the newest addition to Suominen's sustainable product portfolio, as well as a continuation of our developing BIOLACE® product line, which was launched in 2012.

Suominen's strategy focuses on expansion via the development of new and more sustainable nonwovens. When compared to the base year of 2019, sales of sustainable products grew by more than 20% in 2020. BIOLACE® Ultrasoft is a long-lasting product with outstanding softness and cleansing efficiency. It's ideal for infant and personal care goods including cosmetic wipes and baby wipes.
