Stäubli to Unveil New S3292 Dobby at ITME India 2026 Alongside Warp Preparation and Jacquard Technologies

The December 4–9 exhibition in Greater Noida will feature solutions for high-speed air-jet weaving, automatic drawing-in, warp knotting and technical textile production.

Stäubli will showcase its latest weaving technologies at ITME India 2026, including the newly developed S3292 dobby designed for high-speed air-jet weaving. The exhibition will bring together the company's solutions for warp preparation, shedding systems, Jacquard weaving and technical applications, alongside digital services and spare parts support.

ITME India 2026 will take place from December 4 to 9, 2026, at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Visitors can meet the Stäubli team at Hall 14, Booth B2 to explore the technologies and discuss their manufacturing requirements.

India's textile manufacturing sector covers a wide range of segments, including apparel fabrics, home textiles, denim and technical textiles. Manufacturers are increasingly required to improve productivity, maintain fabric quality and manage frequent changes in production styles while controlling costs and addressing skilled labour shortages.

Stäubli's exhibition portfolio will bring together technologies for warp preparation and weaving, supported by services intended to assist equipment management throughout its operating life.

Warp Preparation Technologies

SAFIR PRO S47: Automatic Drawing-In

SAFIR PRO S47: Automatic Drawing-In

The SAFIR PRO S47 automatic drawing-in machine supports applications across denim, cotton fabrics, coarse and fancy yarns, as well as technical yarns such as glass. It offers drawing-in speeds of up to 190 ends per minute and incorporates Active Warp Control 2.0 to support consistent preparation quality and frequent style changes.

TOPMATIC: Warp Knotting

TOPMATIC: Warp Knotting

The TOPMATIC warp knotting machine is designed to process different types of staple fibre and filament yarns with minimal adjustments. Its features include single- or double-knot capability and double-end detection in warps with or without a 1:1 lease, supporting knotting quality and efficient warp changes.

Frame Weaving: New S3292 Dobby to Debut

Stäubli's frame-weaving portfolio includes cam motions and rotary dobbies designed for different production requirements. These technologies address applications ranging from simple weave patterns and high-volume manufacturing to complex fabrics and production environments requiring frequent style changes.

A key introduction at ITME India 2026 will be the S3292 dobby, the latest addition to Stäubli's dobby range. Developed for high-speed air-jet weaving with up to 12 frames, the machine features optimized movement intended to extend the service life of frames and heddles.

The S3292 operates at speeds of up to 1,200 rpm, depending on loom parameters and application. Its configuration is tailored to denim manufacturing requirements and the Indian market.

Stäubli will also display the S1792 cam motion, designed for the production of simple fabrics and high-volume weaving operations. The machine can reach speeds of up to 1,400 rpm, depending on loom settings and application. Supporting up to 10 frames, it is developed for air-jet weaving applications involving simple weave patterns.
