Stäubli has announced its participation in Techtextil 2026, which will be held in Frankfurt, Germany, from 21 to 24 April. The company will exhibit its weaving technologies at the Swiss Pavilion, Booth B01.6 in Hall 12.0.

The event focuses on technical textiles and nonwovens, sectors experiencing growth across industries such as defense, mobility, aerospace, construction, and energy. The increasing demand for reinforcement fabrics, multilayer structures, 3D composites, and industrial textiles has led to evolving manufacturing requirements, including the need for reliable equipment, flexible weaving systems, and precise material handling.

Stäubli’s weaving systems are used in the production of technical fabrics such as lightweight reinforcement materials, OPW airbags, filtration fabrics, medical textiles, and industrial applications. The company combines mechanical engineering and electronic control systems to support fabric production across these segments.

At Techtextil 2026, Stäubli will present its MAGMA Tying Machine, designed for handling a variety of yarn types used in technical textile applications, including polypropylene tapes and filament structures. The system is developed to ensure consistent tying quality and reduce downtime during warp changes.

The company will also display its TF series weaving machines for producing 3D, multilayer, and high-performance fabrics using materials such as carbon, glass, and aramid fibres. The TF20 model offers high-speed operation and includes a double rapier option, while the TF30 is designed for controlled yarn handling and complex weave structures.

In addition, Stäubli will present the UNIVAL 100 electronic Jacquard machine, which enables the production of complex technical fabrics with individually controlled harness cords and precise motion control. The system is suited for applications including 3D weaving and the processing of materials such as glass and carbon fibres.
