Comprehensive portfolio of weaving preparation, dobby, and Jacquard systems on display in Istanbul

Stäubli Textile will take part in ITM 2026, one of the major textile machinery exhibitions, bringing together manufacturers, technology providers, and industry stakeholders from Türkiye, the Middle East, and neighboring regions. The event will be held in Istanbul, where the company will exhibit its solutions at Hall 8, Stand 803.

Türkiye continues to be a significant textile and apparel manufacturing base, with production spanning denim, home textiles, ready-to-wear, technical fabrics, and carpet weaving. Its geographic location supports access to European markets, contributing to its role as a near-shoring destination. Manufacturers in the region are increasingly investing in automation, energy efficiency, and production reliability, driving demand for advanced weaving technologies.

At ITM 2026, Stäubli will display its portfolio, including Weaving Preparation Systems (WPS), electronic cam motions, dobbies, and Jacquard machines designed for various weaving applications.

SAFIR PRO S47 automatic drawing-in machine

The SAFIR PRO S47 automatic drawing-in machine is intended for the production of fabrics using coarse, fancy, denim, and technical yarns such as glass. It operates at drawing-in speeds of up to 190 ends per minute and incorporates Active Warp Control 2.0, supporting flexibility for complex weaving setups.

The TIEPRO warp knotting machine

The TIEPRO warp knotting machine is designed for use with standard warp yarns and includes a yarn separation system without separating needles. It enables automated knotting of warp sheets across different applications.

The S1792 cam motion

The S1792 cam motion is built for continuous operation and is equipped with 10 lifting units. It is designed for high-speed weaving of plain weaves on air-jet and rapier machines, reaching speeds of up to 1,400 rpm for narrow and cotton applications.

The electronic rotary dobby S3060

The electronic rotary dobby S3060 is designed for a range of weaving applications, supporting high-speed operation and precise shed formation. It is intended to provide consistent performance in various production conditions.

SX PRO Jacquard machine

The SX PRO Jacquard machine is designed for weaving complex patterns across applications such as terry, upholstery, tapestry, silk fabric, apparel, seat covers, and technical textiles.

Additional solutions include the electronic rotary dobby S3280, designed for air-jet and rapier weaving, including high-speed denim production. The GA500 Jacquard harness is used for transmission between the Jacquard machine and warp threads, supporting stability and durability across different textile applications.

Stäubli will also present its digital service platform, MyStäubli, which provides access to technical documentation, spare parts identification, service requests, and machine-related data to support equipment lifecycle management.
