Spring Fair 2027 Registration Opens Ahead of February Retail Trade Show

Registration has opened for Spring Fair 2027, which will take place from 7 to 10 February 2027 at NEC Birmingham, UK. The retail trade show is expected to bring together more than 40,000 retailers and 1,500+ brands and suppliers across home, gift, fashion, beauty, food, licensing, garden and everyday retail categories.

The four-day event will also feature more than 130 retail leaders and experts across five dedicated content stages, with over 60 hours of free sessions covering retail trends, fashion, design, buying, merchandising, social commerce and licensing.

Five Content Stages to Feature at Spring Fair 2027

According to Spring Fair, the 2027 programme has been structured around five specialist content stages.

Heart of Retail Stage – Hall 5

The Heart of Retail Stage will focus on retail leadership and business developments. The programme will feature one-to-one conversations with retail leaders covering business decisions, changes, challenges and resilience.

Style Studio – Hall 2

The Style Studio will focus on fashion retail through live showcases, styling insights and brand presentations. Buyers will be able to explore emerging brands and trends relevant to the fashion retail sector.

Design Studio – Hall 6

The Design Studio will bring together interiors, architecture and retail-focused discussions. The destination will feature lighting, ceramics, textiles, furniture and other design-led products, alongside sessions from members of the interiors community.

Masterclass Studio – Hall 3

The Masterclass Studio will offer practical sessions covering areas including buying, merchandising, social media and customer experience. The sessions will focus on strategies and tools that retailers can apply to their businesses.

Licensing Studio – Hall 5

The Licensing Studio, developed in partnership with Total Licensing, will bring together brands, creators and intellectual property stakeholders.

Licensing will have more than 800 square metres of dedicated space in Hall 5 at the 2027 event. The expanded area will be located alongside the Gift Edit, Gift of the Year Showcase, Kids, Toy & Play and Food & Drink sectors.

Early Registration Opens Visitor Planning

Fay Tranter, Event Director of Spring Fair, said:

“Spring Fair has always been about discovery, but in 2027 we’re going further. We’ve reimagined the content programme with five specialist stages, expanded Licensing, introduced dedicated Gift and Fashion Edits to expand the product offering, and created more spaces for buyers to connect, exchange ideas and plan for what’s next. From high-level retail conversations and practical masterclasses to fashion, design and licensing insight, the programme is built to give every visitor something they can take back to their business. We want buyers to leave with new ideas, new products, new contacts and a clearer sense of where retail is heading.”

Registered visitors will be able to explore new products and brands, attend sessions across the five stages, search and bookmark products, plan their visit and connect with suppliers and other retail professionals.

Registration is free for retail buyers and industry professionals.
