Spinny Partners with ITI Pusa Under Dual System of Training Initiative
Collaboration with Government ITI Pusa provides hands-on industry training to 24 Motor Vehicle Mechanic students
Spinny has partnered with Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Pusa under the Dual System of Training (DST), an initiative of the Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. The partnership aims to strengthen industry engagement in vocational education by providing students with practical training and workplace exposure.
Under the programme, 24 students from the 2026–2028 Motor Vehicle Mechanic (MMV) batch are receiving 9 to 12 months of hands-on industry training across Spinny’s automotive facilities in India.
Students to receive practical automotive training
As part of the initiative, students are undergoing practical training across Spinny’s 15+ Integrated Restoration Centres, 50+ car hubs and 17 Parks located in 80+ cities.
The company’s Integrated Restoration Centres are facilities where pre-owned cars and electric vehicles undergo inspection, diagnostics, repairs and restoration. During the programme, students gain exposure to automotive operations alongside their classroom learning to develop industry-relevant technical skills.
Partnership focuses on vocational education
According to Spinny, the collaboration reflects its efforts to work with government institutions and vocational organisations to strengthen the connection between education, skills and employment.
The company stated that the initiative is intended to support the development of future-ready skills while contributing to workforce development under the vision of Viksit Bharat.
