Spicetree Design Agency Scales Nia Natura to ₹1 Crore+ Annualised Run Rate Through Digital Growth Strategy

Brand expands to eight marketplaces, sells over 20,000 units and plans pan-India growth with increased quick-commerce and retail media focus.

Spicetree Design Agency (SDA), an integrated branding and digital growth agency, has announced the progress of its work with Nia Natura, an NMR-tested natural foods brand focused on raw honey, functional seeds and superfoods for health-conscious consumers.

According to SDA, Nia Natura entered the organic wellness market without a digital presence, marketplace visibility or established rankings. The agency was tasked with building brand awareness, driving online sales and establishing the company as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) player.

The engagement began with the development of the brand's visual identity, packaging design and positioning around the concept of "honest purity" for modern Indian households. SDA stated that this branding framework served as the foundation for its subsequent digital growth initiatives.

The agency implemented a comprehensive digital strategy that included onboarding the brand across eight online marketplaces—Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, JioMart, PopUPI, ONDC, Tata 1mg and Meesho—to improve product visibility and nationwide availability.

SDA also managed paid media campaigns across Meta, Amazon, Flipkart PLA and JioHotstar. According to the agency, these campaigns reached more than 25 lakh users on Meta, generated 7,80,000+ landing page views, and resulted in 500+ website purchases at a blended cost per order of ₹750.

On Amazon, Sponsored Ads generated 25,000+ ad clicks, more than ₹3.5 lakh in attributed sales, and helped Nia Natura secure a Top 3 ranking in the Organic Honey category. On Flipkart, Product Listing Ads (PLA) recorded 8 million+ ad impressions, 2,50,000+ clicks, 5,600 units sold through advertisements, and delivered a 3.2x return on investment (ROI).

The agency also launched Nia Natura on Blinkit through a pilot across selected dark stores in Mumbai. SDA stated that within two months, the brand achieved Blinkit's internal demand threshold, resulting in an expansion from city-level availability to a nationwide presence on the platform.

To support customer engagement, SDA developed product-focused video content and conversion campaigns. The agency reported that content on JioHotstar generated more than 1,00,000 video impressions within the first two weeks, supported by ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.

Shiraz Khan, Founder, Spice tree Design Agency, said, "Nia Natura is proof of what happens when design thinking and performance marketing work as one engine. We didn't start with ads; we started with the brand: the identity, the packaging, the positioning of honesty in a category where consumers have learnt to be sceptical. Once that trust architecture was in place, every rupee of media spend worked harder. Going from zero to a ₹1 crore run rate and a Top 3 Amazon ranking in the organic honey category validates our conviction that branding is not a cost Centre; it is the growth multiplier. The next chapter is even more ambitious: we are targeting a doubling of revenue over the coming year by deepening quick-commerce penetration, expanding the product portfolio's visibility, and taking Nia Natura to every corner of India."

Looking ahead, SDA said its roadmap focuses on doubling Nia Natura's revenue by expanding its quick-commerce presence beyond metro cities into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, strengthening its position in the organic honey category, increasing visibility for its functional seeds and superfoods portfolio, expanding retail media investments across marketplaces, and continuing its content-led digital marketing strategy.
