Snowman Logistics Posts 9.8% Growth in FY25 Revenue

Snowman Logistics Ltd has announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, showcasing resilient revenue growth amid operational headwinds.
In Q4 FY25, Snowman reported a revenue of ₹137.01 crore, marking an 8% increase compared to ₹126.54 crore in Q4 FY24. The Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹3.90 crore from ₹2.15 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. However, EBITDA stood at ₹24.38 crore, which was lower than the ₹29.86 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the full year, the company recorded revenues of ₹552.53 crore, representing a 9.8% increase from ₹503.37 crore in FY24. The EBITDA for FY25 was ₹93.53 crore, down from ₹108.32 crore in FY24. PAT also declined to ₹5.69 crore from ₹12.71 crore in the previous financial year.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, Chairman of Snowman Logistics Limited, stated,
“Our solid revenue growth during FY25 reflects our strategic focus on expanding the distribution segment and transitioning towards a fifth-party logistics (5PL) model. Despite a sluggish consumption environment in India, we maintained momentum. However, our bottom line was impacted by Amazon’s decision to discontinue its fulfillment center operations in India, which had involved dedicated warehousing services from Snowman. Delays in operationalizing our new projects in Kolkata and Krishnapatnam also influenced performance, though the Kolkata unit is expected to go live shortly, followed by Krishnapatnam in Q2.”
He further added that the company continues to explore expansion opportunities and is in the process of finalizing new cold storage locations based on the demands of both current and prospective clients, with construction likely to begin in the latter half of the year.
