Smart Kitchen Pavilion at HGH India 2026 Highlights Live Product Demonstrations and Kitchen Innovation

Live cooking sessions, chef appearances, product launches and category-led zones showcased practical kitchen solutions throughout the four-day exhibition.
The Smart Kitchen Pavilion at HGH India 2026 brought together a broad range of kitchen products and solutions covering appliances, food preparation tools, cooking equipment, storage systems, hydration products, sustainability-focused solutions and family-oriented innovations.
The pavilion also hosted chefs and personalities associated with food and dining, including Chef Saransh Goila and Dr. Chef Parvinder Singh Bali. Their participation added to visitor engagement by connecting product demonstrations with food-related discussions and live interactions.
Throughout the four-day exhibition, the pavilion provided buyers and exhibitors with opportunities to experience products in operation. Live demonstrations enabled visitors to evaluate product functionality, design and convenience while allowing participating brands to introduce new products and explain their features directly to trade visitors.

The pavilion was organised into dedicated sections including Smart Kitchen Appliances, Smart Prep Counter, Smart Cooking, Smart Breakfast, Smart Hydration, Kitchen Organizers, Kitchen Gadgets, Sustainable First, Trendy Kitchen and Young Smarties. Each section focused on a specific aspect of the kitchen ecosystem, helping visitors navigate products based on practical applications and consumer requirements.
Mr. Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services, said, “The kitchen is one of the most dynamic spaces in the modern home, and the response to Smart Kitchen at HGH India showed just how quickly this category is evolving. Visitors were looking not only at products, but at how those products fit into changing lifestyles, smaller urban spaces, healthier routines and more design-aware homes. What made the pavilion work was that it brought innovation and application together in one place, allowing buyers to engage with the category in a much more practical and meaningful way.”
Across the exhibition, visitors were able to observe products in use, interact with exhibitors and discuss solutions relevant to their businesses and customer requirements. For participating brands, the format created opportunities to present product features through live demonstrations and engage directly with trade visitors.
The Smart Kitchen Pavilion reflected growing interest in practical product demonstrations by combining category-specific zones with live engagement, allowing visitors to explore how kitchen products are designed for contemporary household applications during HGH India 2026.
