Sigma Advanced Systems Reports ₹374 Crore Revenue in Q1 FY2027, PAT at ₹38 Crore
Operational revenue rises 16% quarter-on-quarter; company highlights acquisitions, Rolls-Royce agreement and export order during the quarter
Sigma Advanced Systems has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting growth in revenue and EBITDA on a quarter-on-quarter basis. During the period, the company also announced strategic acquisitions, secured a long-term agreement with Rolls-Royce, and received a major export order for defence products.
Q1 FY2027 Financial Highlights
Sigma Advanced Systems reported:
- Consolidated operational revenue: ₹374 crore, up 16% quarter-on-quarter
- Consolidated operational EBITDA: ₹61 crore, up 11% quarter-on-quarter
- Profit after tax (PAT) from continuing operations: ₹38 crore

Key Business Developments
Rolls-Royce Long-Term Agreement
Sigma signed a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with Rolls-Royce valued at approximately GBP 300 million (approximately INR 3,800 crore).
Nasmyth Business Pipeline
Apart from the Rolls-Royce agreement, the company's Nasmyth business continued to build its order pipeline with multiple active bids across the aerospace and defence sectors, covering contract durations of up to 10 years with existing and prospective customers.
Bromford Precision Solutions Acquisition
On July 14, 2026, Sigma announced the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of high-precision aeroengine rings and engine structures. According to the company, the acquisition strengthens its position within the Rolls-Royce supply chain.
Acquisition of AS Strategic
The company also completed the acquisition of AS Strategic, adding access to global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) through strategic partnerships, including joint ventures with multiple European defence companies.
Export Order Worth USD 104.9 Million
On July 27, 2026, Sigma secured a USD 104.9 million (approximately INR 1,013 crore) export order for the manufacture and supply of 155mm base bleed artillery shells.
The company said the order will be executed over the next 6 to 12 months.
M107 Shells Order Execution
Execution of the M107 shells order, valued at approximately INR 208 crore, has commenced. The first consignment has been completed, with deliveries scheduled to continue over the next two quarters.
Boeing Supplier Recognition
Nasmyth received the Innovation Award at the 2026 Global Boeing Supplier Summit in Seattle for its research and development efforts. The company stated that the recognition has resulted in repeat business from Boeing.
Sri City Facility
The company's Sri City manufacturing facility has been commissioned and remains on schedule for full-scale production in the third quarter, supporting its long-term growth and margin expansion plans.
Investments in UK Operations
Sigma also made targeted investments towards capital expenditure and working capital requirements for its UK facilities, which the company expects will support operational efficiency over the medium term.
