RSWM Limited and Spain’s Noize Design Studio Form Joint Venture to Establish Industry 5.0 Garment Manufacturing Facility in India
RSWM Limited and Noize Design Studio (NDS9) to launch LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited with an initial investment of approximately INR 186 crore for a premium denim and activewear manufacturing platform.
RSWM Limited and Spain-based Noize Design Studio (NDS9) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to establish LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited, with equity participation in a 74:26 ratio, respectively.
The joint venture will develop a design-led, integrated garment manufacturing platform in India dedicated to premium denim and activewear for leading international apparel brands. The project includes the establishment of a green garment manufacturing facility designed around Industry 5.0 principles, integrating advanced automation, latest-generation technology, digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and human-centric operations.
Under Phase 1, the facility will have an installed production capacity of 500,000 denim garments per month. Phase 2 will add 10,00,000 denim/activewear garments per month, increasing the total installed production capacity to 1.5 million garments per month. The initial investment for Phase 1 is estimated at approximately INR 186 crore.

As part of the partnership, RSWM Limited will oversee manufacturing, plant operations, procurement, quality systems, and supply chain management, drawing on its experience in textiles and apparel manufacturing.
NDS9 will be responsible for design, trend forecasting, sales and marketing, product development, merchandising, customer engagement, and international business development through its design studios and fashion expertise across Europe, North America, and Asia.
