RE&UP Advances Circularity at Textile Exchange 2025

RE&UP joins industry leaders to accelerate textile-to-textile recycling.
At Textile Exchange 2025 in Lisbon, RE&UP engages with global innovators, H&M, and Circle-8 Textile Ecosystems to strengthen circular textile systems.
RE&UP has begun its participation at Textile Exchange 2025, joining a global network of innovators, brands, and changemakers focused on advancing circularity in fashion. The event, themed “Shifting Landscapes: Connecting Environmental Adaptation and Systems Transformation,” highlights how the industry can adapt, innovate, and accelerate progress toward a circular future.
On the opening day, Ebru Ozkucuk Guler, Chief Sustainability Officer at RE&UP, took part in the panel discussion “Toward Impactful Textile-to-Textile Recycling Systems”, alongside Suhas Khandagale (H&M) and Cyndi Rhoades (Circle-8 Textile Ecosystems). The engaging session explored the scaling potential of textile-to-textile recycling feedstocks, examined legislative developments, and addressed sorting challenges — while identifying actionable solutions to drive industry-wide circularity.
“If we truly want to create a solution, brands must stay committed — stepping back is no longer an option,” said Ebru Ozkucuk Guler, RE&UP. “We were thrilled to share insights and explore actionable solutions with partners committed to circularity.”
Throughout the conference, RE&UP is showcasing its breakthrough circular textile solutions and collaborating with brands and suppliers to turn sustainability commitments into measurable action. By linking policy insight, technological innovation, and practical execution, the company demonstrates that circularity is not just a vision — it’s an achievable reality.
As the fashion sector faces mounting pressure to reduce waste and adopt regenerative practices, platforms like Textile Exchange 2025 serve as vital catalysts — encouraging collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and collective action toward systemic change.
