Reliance Industries Acquires Sintex Industries

About one year and one month after receiving approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mukesh Ambani-promoted Reliance Industries, the largest company in India by market value, has completed its Rs 3,567 crore acquisition of textile company Sintex Industries.
