Protiva Appoints SDC International India as Distribution Partner for South Asia

Agreement Covers India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka for Bio-Based Textile Colorants

PROTIVA CORPORATION has signed a strategic distribution agreement with SDC International India Private Limited for the distribution of its bio-based textile colorant products across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

The agreement, effective April 7, 2026, marks a step in Protiva’s plans to expand the availability of its sustainable textile colorant solutions in the South Asian market.

PROTIVA CORPORATION, a company focused on bio-based textile colorants, has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with SDC International India Private Limited.

Under the terms of the agreement, SDC International India Private Limited will act as Protiva’s distributor for its sustainable textile colorant products in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. The partnership is intended to support Protiva’s efforts to expand its presence in the region and promote bio-based solutions within the textile manufacturing sector.

“This partnership represents a significant step as we advance the scale-up of our products across South Asia,” said Esteban Silva, Chief Executive Officer of Protiva Corporation.

The agreement came into effect on April 7, 2026.
