Promos Ink, a recognized leader in screen printing, embroidery, and fulfillment services, is advancing its production capabilities with Kornit Digital’s cutting-edge technology. The Dallas-based company has added the Kornit Apollo to its existing Atlas MAX PLUS platforms, shifting from traditional screen printing to digital, on-demand mass production. This move is designed to cut costs, increase speed, and deliver superior quality while meeting evolving market demands.

Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: KRNT), a global leader in sustainable, on-demand digital textile and fashion production technologies, announced that Promos Ink is transitioning significant volumes from its 60 analog systems to Kornit’s digital solutions. This shift enhances Promos Ink’s agility in delivering custom apparel faster and with greater flexibility, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

With a strong network of over 1,000 partners, distributors, and authorized decorators, Promos Ink has built its reputation on reliability and premium service from concept to completion. While screen printing has traditionally served their needs, increasing customer expectations for speed, variety, and smaller order quantities led the company to embrace Kornit’s technology without compromising quality.

After adopting three Atlas MAX PLUS systems last year for quick-turn, short-run jobs, Promos Ink recently integrated the Kornit Apollo platform to support high-volume production at scale, effectively positioning Apollo as a screen printing replacement solution.

“There are two key reasons customers align with Promos Ink – our speed of delivery and unmatched quality of products – especially apparel. Our offerings aren’t just about bringing ideas to life for customers, they’re about creating a lasting imprint that narrates the ultimate brand story,” said Carla Dooley, Owner and Chief Executive Officer at Promos Ink. “While screen printing was effective to match all production needs in the past, we felt the current state of market demands something different. By aligning with Kornit’s on-demand, mass-digital technology – we genuinely believe this is the future for us to say yes to all our customer needs.”

Ronen Samuel, CEO of Kornit Digital, emphasized: “They say necessity is the mother of invention – and nowhere is this clearer than in the custom fashion and apparel marketplace. Brands and producers have been stuck, faced with surging demand for the highest quality products delivered quickly to meet the requirements of an eCommerce age, but limited by traditional production technology. Based on the power of our on-demand, mass-digital production portfolio, customers like Promos Ink are able to not only meet but exceed customer requirements that today’s consumer demands.”
