profine India Announces Leadership Transition; Farid Khan Named CMD, Kamal Bajaj Appointed CEO

Leadership changes take effect from 1 June 2026 at profine India Window Technology Pvt. Ltd.

profine India Window Technology Pvt. Ltd. has announced changes to its leadership structure, effective 1st June 2026.

Under the new structure, Mr. Farid Khan, who has served as Chief Executive Officer of profine India since the company's inception, will take on the role of Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD).

In his new position, Mr. Khan will focus on long-term strategic direction, group-wide governance and the company’s international expansion activities across South Asia, the Middle East and non-EU global markets. He currently serves as Managing Director of profine Middle East and Head of the group’s global non-EU Aluminium Business.

Mr. Kamal Bajaj has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of profine India, succeeding Mr. Khan. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bajaj served as Chief Procurement Officer and Business Head – Aluminium at profine India.

The company stated that Mr. Bajaj brings experience in operations and the Indian market, and will lead the organisation in its next phase of development.

Speaking on his appointment, Kamal Bajaj, Chief Executive Officer, profine India, said:
