Print Sangam 2027 to Bring Three Major Printing Industry Platforms to Bengaluru

Digital Print Asia, NAEP & GPEA Awards and Bharat Print Expo to be held from 12–15 May 2027 at BIEC
The Indian printing and packaging industry will see three major industry platforms converge under Print Sangam 2027, scheduled from 12–15 May 2027 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. The initiative brings together Digital Print Asia, the National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA), and Bharat Print Expo to connect industry knowledge, professional recognition and business opportunities.
The collaboration between the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and ReEnvision Events Private Limited aims to create an integrated experience spanning business transformation, technological developments, industry excellence and commercial opportunities.
As printing businesses respond to changing customer expectations, evolving technologies and the need for greater operational efficiency, the combined platforms seek to encourage interaction between industry knowledge, practical solutions and business decision-making.
Digital Print Asia 2027 to Focus on Business Strategy
The four-day programme will begin on 12 May 2027 with Digital Print Asia, a knowledge-driven summit themed “Mind Your Business... not just your Print!”
The theme highlights the need for printing businesses to look beyond investments in machinery and consider the operational and strategic decisions that influence business performance. With automation, digital workflows and emerging production technologies reshaping the sector, printers are increasingly required to evaluate investments, strengthen capabilities and identify growth opportunities.
Digital Print Asia 2027 will focus on these business considerations, bringing together print entrepreneurs, technology specialists, industry professionals and business leaders. Discussions will encourage participants to examine the processes and strategies that can help their businesses adapt to industry changes and pursue long-term growth.
NAEP and GPEA Awards 2027 to Recognise Printing Excellence
The National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA) will take centre stage on 13 May 2027, recognising achievements across the printing and packaging industry.
NAEP recognises craftsmanship, technical expertise and quality demonstrated by printing organisations and professionals in India. The GPEA Awards complement this recognition by highlighting innovation, creativity and production quality in print and packaging.
Together, the awards will highlight the role of professional skills, technical capabilities and innovation in advancing industry standards. The event is also expected to provide opportunities for printers, converters, brand owners, technology providers and industry leaders to connect and exchange perspectives on print excellence.
Bharat Print Expo 2027 to Showcase Printing and Converting Technologies
Bharat Print Expo 2027 will run from 13–15 May 2027 at BIEC, Bengaluru. Positioned as South India’s Largest Printing Exhibition, the event will bring together technologies, solutions and businesses serving the printing and package converting sectors.
The exhibition will cover several industry segments, including:
- Commercial and offset printing
- Digital printing
- Labels and flexible packaging
- Corrugation
- Textile printing and soft signage
- Print finishing and allied technologies
Printers and converters will be able to examine machinery, compare available solutions, explore applications and interact with equipment manufacturers and technology suppliers.
The exhibition will also cater to brand owners, print buyers and packaging professionals seeking information on production capabilities and technologies relevant to product development and packaging requirements. In addition to machinery displays, the platform aims to facilitate business discussions, supplier connections and opportunities for diversification, investment and growth.
Print Sangam Connects Learning, Recognition and Business
The three platforms will contribute distinct elements to the overall Print Sangam experience. Digital Print Asia will focus on business strategy and industry learning, NAEP and GPEA will recognise achievements in printing, while Bharat Print Expo will connect participants with technologies and potential business opportunities.
The combined initiative is structured around three aspects of industry development: learning, achievement and advancement.
Bengaluru will host all three platforms at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre from 12–15 May 2027, bringing industry professionals together for a programme combining knowledge exchange, awards and exhibition activities.
