Pegasystems Opens Bengaluru Executive Briefing Center with ₹60 Crore Investment

New EcoWorld Tech Park facility strengthens Pega’s India operations with expanded engineering capacity, client engagement infrastructure and collaborative workspaces.
Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the enterprise AI software company for mission-critical work, has opened its new office at EcoWorld Tech Park, Bengaluru, with an investment of more than INR 60 crore. According to the company, the expansion represents one of its largest infrastructure investments in India and reinforces the country's role as a key centre for technology innovation, engineering and customer engagement.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Shri Priyank M. Kharge, Hon’ble Minister for Home, Information Technology & Biotechnology and e-Governance, Government of Karnataka, as the Chief Guest, along with senior global and India leadership from Pega.
Executive Briefing Center to Support Client Engagement
A key feature of the new office is the Bengaluru Executive Briefing Center (EBC), developed to facilitate collaboration with clients, partners and prospective customers. The centre is designed to host executive meetings, partner collaborations, immersive product demonstrations, solution showcases, roadmap discussions, advisory sessions with senior decision-makers and curated Pega Days.
According to the company, the EBC has been established as a long-term investment to bring Pega’s technology capabilities and expertise closer to customers in the region while supporting innovation and strategic collaboration.
The company also stated that the Bengaluru office strengthens the city’s role within Pega’s global operations as an engineering centre and a hub for client engagement and business development across Asia-Pacific and other international markets.
Expanded Office Infrastructure
The new Bengaluru office is 1.5 times larger than Pega’s previous facility in the city, increasing its footprint by approximately 60%. It offers 350+ seats, 35+ meeting and conference rooms, and interconnected office floors designed to support collaboration.
The workplace includes advanced audio-visual meeting rooms, flexible workspaces, open collaboration areas, recreational facilities and dedicated wellness amenities, including a mother’s room.
The facility is certified under LEED, WELL and IGBC Platinum standards and incorporates features focused on natural lighting, indoor air quality, energy efficiency and employee well-being. Employees also have access to campus facilities including a food court, gym, daycare services and public transport connectivity, with metro access expected in the future.
