PDS Signs Multi-Year Sourcing Partnership with Leading French-Headquartered Global Supermarket

Agreement covers textile sourcing operations across Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Turkey, with annual apparel sourcing exceeding US$250 million FOB.

PDS Limited has entered into a Sourcing as a Service (SaaS) contract with the global sourcing arm of a Leading French-Headquartered Global Supermarket. Under the multi-year agreement, PDS will manage the retailer's textile sourcing operations across Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Turkey.

PDS Limited, the global fashion supply chain solutions company, has announced a Sourcing as a Service (SaaS) partnership with the global sourcing arm of a Leading French-Headquartered Global Supermarket.

The retailer is one of the world's largest retail groups, serving millions of customers every day through an extensive network of stores across multiple countries.

As part of the multi-year partnership, PDS will provide end-to-end sourcing and supply chain services through a dedicated operating subsidiary. The arrangement is intended to support the retailer's textile sourcing strategy through an agile sourcing model.

According to the company, PDS expects to manage apparel sourcing valued at over US$250 million of FOB Volume annually.

The partnership is scheduled to commence from 1st November.
