PDS Earns Great Place to Work® Certification Across 10 Countries

PDS has announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® across 10 countries—India, Hong Kong, Germany, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, UK, Turkiye, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

According to the company, the recognition reflects its efforts to build a people-focused workplace culture where trust, collaboration, inclusion and empowerment form key aspects of its operations. The certification was awarded based on direct employee feedback, with close to 90% participation across the surveyed locations.

PDS stated that the participation levels and employee responses demonstrate engagement, trust and confidence in the organisation and its workplace environment.

With employees representing multiple cultures and geographies, the company said its workforce remains central to its long-term growth strategy. PDS noted that it views organisational culture as an important factor in supporting innovation, collaboration across regions and long-term value creation for customers, partners and stakeholders.
