Parvinder Kadyan Joins Meaningful Business 100 2025 Cohort

Indian Textile Leader Recognised for Driving Circularity and Sustainability

Parvinder Kadyan, MD of Aadi Sustainability Solutions and GATS Chairman, has been named to the 2025 Meaningful Business 100 for pioneering sustainable, circular fashion in India.

The Meaningful Business 100 (MB100) is an international initiative that recognises 100 leaders annually who successfully combine profit with purpose to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 2025 edition features innovators from 39 countries who are transforming industries such as circular economy, fashion, and climate technology.

Among the honorees is Parvinder Kadyan, Managing Director of Aadi Sustainability Solutions Pvt Ltd and Chairman of the Global Alliance for Textiles Sustainability (GATS). He has been recognised for his efforts to promote sustainability and circularity in India’s textile sector without compromising on cost efficiency. Through GATS and the India Denim Deal Hub, Parvinder is bringing together recyclers, mills, brands, and policymakers to demonstrate that circularity can only be achieved through collaboration.

His flagship project, Recyclr™, is establishing India’s first EPR-ready, zero-waste denim factory, featuring full traceability and footprint mapping from waste to finished jeans. The initiative exemplifies how decarbonisation can be transformed into a commercially viable business model.

Parvinder’s inclusion in the MB100 highlights a significant milestone for India’s textile industry, signalling that the country is not only a manufacturing powerhouse but also a global leader in sustainable, circular, and equitable fashion practices.
