PAMEX 2026 Highlights Business-Focused Growth in Indian Print Industry

PAMEX 2026, organised by the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) in partnership with Print-Packaging.com Pvt. Ltd., has concluded after four days of sustained commercial activity, reinforcing its role as a business-oriented exhibition for India’s printing sector.
The exhibition recorded consistent buyer–seller engagement and a notable volume of business transactions, reflecting its focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes rather than footfall-driven participation. The event continued its long-standing emphasis on structured interaction between exhibitors and visitors, encouraging purposeful technology evaluation and purchase discussions.
Unlike conventional trade shows centred mainly on visitor numbers, PAMEX 2026 highlighted the value of targeted participation. Visitors attended with defined requirements, interacting directly with relevant suppliers and assessing solutions suited to their operational priorities. Exhibitors reported engagement with qualified prospects, resulting in discussions that progressed towards confirmed orders.

Several participants noted that the exhibition provided access to decision-makers within a compact and time-efficient environment, helping reduce lead-conversion timelines and improve return on investment. The presence of machinery manufacturers, technology suppliers, and solution providers created a focused ecosystem for practical business exchange.
Commenting on the importance of the exhibition, Mr. Jun Sudo, President, Komori India Pvt. Ltd., said:
“PAMEX is one of the most important printing exhibitions in India. It consistently attracts a large number of high-quality prospects, making it an extremely effective platform for meaningful business engagement and long-term market presence.”
Visitor feedback reflected similar views. Many attendees described PAMEX 2026 as a productive forum that enabled them to interact with both global and domestic brands, observe live technology demonstrations, compare equipment options, and conclude commercial discussions within a single venue. The presence of decision-ready buyers and serious exhibitors ensured that exchanges remained commercially relevant throughout the event.
Following the performance of the 2026 edition, PAMEX 2028 has been scheduled from 1 to 4 February 2028. The next edition will be organised around the theme “Beyond Automation” and will focus on the adoption of advanced technologies including Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and smart manufacturing systems, outlining their role in shaping future printing operations.
With strong participation levels and positive industry response, PAMEX 2026 has further consolidated its position as a business-first exhibition model, emphasising practical value creation and sustainable development for India’s printing industry.
