NEXROC Group Prepares Tender Offers for American and Japanese Fashion Groups

Proposed acquisitions are planned as flagship investments for SVCV, a Tokyo-based cultural holding company scheduled to launch in 2027

The NEXROC Group and its cultural holding company, SVCV, Inc., are preparing separate tender offers targeting an American luxury group and a Japanese fashion group. The proposed acquisitions form part of NEXROC’s initial execution phase for its roll-up strategy.

The Group said it has been in discussions with both companies for several months and plans to begin formal pre-bid negotiations with their respective boards next week.

Proposed Acquisitions Target Fashion and Luxury Groups

NEXROC is preparing separate offers for the two companies, with the proposed acquisitions intended to become flagship investments of SVCV.

The Group said it sees opportunities to modernize the businesses, expand their international operations and support long-term growth through NEXROC’s global operations.

Formal announcements regarding the proposed tender offers could be made as early as next week.

SVCV Planned for 2027 Launch

SVCV is scheduled to launch in 2027, with its headquarters planned for Tokyo, Japan.

The company is being developed as an entertainment, fashion and luxury holding company with a primary focus on youth audiences.

SVCV is also planned as a transmedia platform, bringing fashion, music, film and live events together as a single form of performance art and cultural experience.

The proposed tender offers represent the initial acquisitions being considered under NEXROC's strategy for building the SVCV portfolio.
