Hair Accessory in Disguise of a Bracelet
Barcelona-based jewellery and fashion brand MAM has created UFO Bracelet, a handmade bracelet made from fibre extracted from the raffia palm tree. The bracelet is a large flat disc, textured and pale that can be slip onto wrists.
It comes in a pack of two, and is designed to be genderless. The accessory can also be worn as a hair tie, keeping the wearer cool in the summer.

Light-hued raffia UFO Basket Bag is also hand-woven. Rounded and has a slouchy form meant to be worn in a variety of ways.
It can be carried traditionally as a handbag, slung over the shoulder, or tucked under the arm like an oversized clutch bag. The wearer can also loop their arms through each handle of the bag to form a backpack.
Vegetable-tanned leather was used for the base of the bag and the ornamental tag on the handle, both embossed with MAM’s logo. It can even be used as a decorative accessory in the home, much like a coffee table centrepiece.
Interchangeable Strap Watch
The UFO Raffia Watch comes with two contrasting dark and light hued straps that the user can swap depending on their mood.
The straps are slender, 14 millimetres thick, made from the vegan material comprising fibres from the raffia palm plant.
Measuring 33 millimetres in diameter, it has a bamboo wood frame and bright white face, along with rose-gold dial details.
The inspiration was to have fun summertime pieces one can wear in their own way. An essential MAM item to make the most of the cool, breezy, easy Mediterranean summer look.
