Turkey intends to export roughly $12 billion in textiles and $30 billion in completed garments by 2021. The technical textiles sector employs more than a million people. The Turkish Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association (ITHIB) is seeking suitable collaborations that would benefit all stakeholders. According to President Ahmed Oksuz, the firm is in compliance with EU regulations and guidelines and has reduced carbon emissions at all of its locations.
