The Extraordinary General Meeting’s Resolutions

Carlos Aníbal de Almeida Junior, Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci and Markus Fürst newly elected to the Supervisory Board 

Nicole van der Elst Desai and Melody Harris-Jensbach resigned from the Supervisory Board 

The Lenzing AG Extraordinary General Meeting elected Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci, Carlos Aníbal de Almeida Junior, and Markus Fürst as new members of the Supervisory Board until the Annual General Meeting resolving upon the discharge of the members of the Supervisory Board with regard to the business year 2028, 2028, and 2028, respectively, as new members of the Supervisory Board.

The ten members of the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG, chosen by the General Meeting, are as follows: Carlos Aníbal de Almeida Junior, Cornelius Baur, Helmut Bernkopf, Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci, Stefan Fida, Markus Fürst, Franz Gasselsberger, Cord Prinzhorn, Gerhard Schwartz, and Astrid Skala-Kuhmann. This composition was established following the election at the Extraordinary General Meeting. The Works Council nominated Stefan Ertl, Stephan Gruber, Bonita Haag, Helmut Kirchmair, and Johann Schernberger to the Supervisory Board.

Following the most recent Annual General Meeting, Christian Bruch tendered his resignation as a Supervisory Board member. Furthermore, Nicole van der Elst Desai and Melody Harris-Jensbach tendered their premature resignations from the Supervisory Board effective at the conclusion of Lenzing AG’s next Annual General Meeting. Following the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Supervisory Board held a constituent meeting where Cord Prinzhorn was chosen Chairman, Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci was elected First Vice Chairman, and Stefan Fida was elected Second Vice Chairman.
