Benninger’s FabricMaster revolutionizes textile dyeing in India

Uzwil, Switzerland, 13th August 2024 –

The FabricMaster, the latest marvel from the Swiss company Benninger, which is well-known for its cutting-edge textile machinery, has been brought to the Indian market. With installations in Bangladesh, Europe, the United States, Peru, and Central America, this soft flow machine is already causing a stir on a worldwide scale. Production of it is currently taking place at Benninger’s High Tech Fabrication facility in Pune, and it is expected to revolutionize the Indian textile sector.

It has been a year since Amarnath Dyeing and Bleaching Works Private Limited opened the first FabricMaster in India. Due to the machine’s exceptional performance, Amarnath is so satisfied with its capabilities that they have placed an order for a second unit. Another significant step in the FabricMaster’s history has been reached with the readiness of this second machine to depart the Benninger Works in Pune.

“This cutting-edge technology revolutionizes our capacity for production and establishes new standards within the sector. We can become the industry leader in high-quality fabric processing while taking environmental responsibility thanks to our new machinery. By increasing productivity, cutting waste, and lessening our environmental effect, the machines will assist us in achieving this goal. According to Sudarshan Chandak, Director of Amarnath Dyeing and Bleaching Works Private Limited, “this investment not only underscores our commitment to excellence but also to sustainable practices that benefit both our customers and the planet.”

Excellent dyeing performance

The FabricMaster is made to effortlessly manage even the most difficult dyeing jobs. It works exceptionally well at dying challenging Lycra mixes of cotton, rayon, nylon, and modal textiles in an open width format without producing edge curling or rope marks.

Throughout the dying process, the FabricMaster guarantees uniform fabric handling and optimal dye penetration and color constancy. The FabricMaster’s precisely adjustable nozzle, which is dependent on the weight of the fabric to be colored, ensures this. While heavier fabrics are treated with higher flow, lightweight materials benefit from reduced liquor volume. In addition, the internal fabric plaiter can accommodate different types of cloth by operating at varied speeds. Its automated add tank also makes chemical dosing and mixing simpler by guaranteeing precise chemical addition.

For the best results the first time around with the least amount of waste, it is essential to use as little water, steam, chemicals, and colors as possible. Among water-driven piece dyeing machines, the FabricMaster has the lowest liquor ratio thanks to its improved chamber design. The FabricMaster’s carbon footprint is intended to set a new standard for sustainability in the industry.

Why FabricMaster also stands out

The FabricMaster’s self-cleaning lint filter keeps the system running smoothly to enhance productivity. It monitors lint accumulation and automatically cleans itself, minimizing downtime and maintenance hassles. Furthermore, the FabricMaster’s high-capacity heat exchanger accelerates heating gradients, reducing cycle times.

After dyeing, unloading the fabric swiftly is crucial. The FabricMaster features a frequency-controlled unloading winch, ensuring efficient fabric removal without compromising quality. The fabric lift from the chamber to the reel is less than half that of competitors’ machines, improving fabric transport.

The FabricMaster is a testament to Benninger’s commitment to innovation and quality. As it continues to gain traction in the Indian market, it promises to revolutionize fabric dyeing processes, setting new standards for efficiency, quality and precision to textile dyeing processes.
