The Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) has appointed Chaitanya Projects Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in integrated infrastructure consultancy throughout India, to lead the creation of crucial Integrated Manufacturing and Logistics Clusters (IMLCs) throughout the region.

The Ganga, Bundelkhand, Agra-Lucknow, Gorakhpur Link, and Purvanchal Expressways are five important expressways that these 5,490-hectare IMLCs are situated along. They will play a crucial role in improving Uttar Pradesh’s industrial and logistical landscape. The project’s objectives are to improve infrastructure, draw large investments, and provide thousands of employments. The clusters will provide excellent road and rail connectivity, cutting-edge amenities, and a dependable power source, making them the perfect place for logistics and manufacturing operations.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Founder and Managing Director of Chaitanya Projects Consultancy, said, “The economic and logistical development of Uttar Pradesh has advanced significantly with the completion of this crucial project. We are committed to providing excellence and are grateful for the trust placed in us to construct these cutting-edge clusters. The initiative’s main goals will be to promote significant industrial growth, set new sustainability standards, and improve local people’ quality of life. By working together with UPEIDA, we can bring about revolutionary changes and establish Uttar Pradesh as a leader in industrial and logistical innovation.

Chaitanya Projects Consultancy is going to lead this revolutionary project through many important stages of development. The consulting firm will create land zoning plans, oversee initial duties such as technical and financial assessments, and provide a thorough master plan and project timetable. In order to guarantee quality and prompt delivery, the firm will also create integrated engineering solutions for infrastructure, including utilities and roads, and supervise construction.

The IMLCs are designed to be self-sufficient nodes that integrate smart growth into recently formed industrial clusters and have access to top-notch infrastructure. Modern rail and road connectivity will be available in these clusters, enabling smooth freight transportation to and from ports and logistical hubs. They will be backed by first-rate social infrastructure and run on dependable energy sources, guaranteeing an environment that is competitive on a worldwide scale.
