The 2025 Short Course Schedule for Professionals in the Nonwovens Industry

Cary, NC and Raleigh, NC, October 15, 2024 – The Nonwovens Institute (NWI), INDA, and the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry are thrilled to present their 2025 short course schedule. This training content collection includes every aspect of the nonwovens value chain, from raw materials to products and processes.

INDA and NWI, two of the world’s preeminent organizations for the nonwovens industry, are in a unique position to provide a nonwovens training program that blends classroom instruction with practical experiences in NWI’s cutting-edge nonwoven production and testing labs located on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University.

Expert instructors with decades of combined experience in nonwoven applications and technology lead all of the courses. Industry guest lecturers will offer special insights and assistance for the program. There is no other place to find the knowledge that is provided during the INDA/NWI short courses.

Matt O’Sickey, Ph.D., INDA’s director of education and technical affairs, stated, “We are thrilled to have formalized our agreement with NWI earlier this year, extending our long-standing collaboration to provide top-notch training programs for professionals in the nonwovens industry. “INDA and NWI are committed to meeting the training needs of our industry by strengthening our partnership and providing the best content possible that imparts technical expertise and business intelligence to nonwovens workers. According to NWI deputy director Tom Daugherty, “the 2025 schedule of training courses covers the key nonwoven platforms and technology concepts with an excellent mix of technical and business-minded content. The curriculum is meant to benefit both seasoned business executives and those who are unfamiliar with nonwovens.

Short Course Value Packs

INDA & NWI are providing a Short Course Value Pack incentive as part of the 2025 short course program in order to maximize value for those firms that are dedicated to workforce development. Value Packs are offered in bundles of five, ten, fifteen, and twenty registrations. Depending on the size of the Value Pack, savings range from 10% to 25%.
