Pindrop completes Momentum’s comprehensive line of rolled, high-quality acoustic goods, which the company has been providing for many years and is still expanding. Interior auditory experiences can be improved with captivating designs.

Paul Cleary, president and chief executive officer of Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering, says, “With the launch of Pindrop, we bring to market our industry-leading experience in sustainable solutions for commercial design in an entirely new category. Since the use of these solutions has a considerable impact on experience and function, rigid acoustics have increasingly become a crucial component of many interior spaces that are visible to the public. Momentum is now a one-stop shop for designers to specify environmentally friendly options for wallcovering, interior upholstery, outside upholstery, and all forms of acoustics with the launch of Pindrop.

Shapes & Tiles, Panels, and Architectural Layers serve as the three varied collections that make up Pindrop. Momentum created a diverse selection of patterns, textures, colours, and finishes within various price points to coordinate with the entire collection. Twelve solid colours, three textured patterns in six colorways, three large-scale etch patterns, and three large-scale print patterns, each available in six hues, are included in the collection of designs.

Momentum’s Vice President of Design, Wallcovering Jill Nelson, notes that when creating Pindrop, “our goal was to curate a collection of versatile solutions leading with our expertise in texture, colour, and sustainability.” To aid designers in seamless specification, “each collection and colorway has been designed to work individually or as a full product family, in complement to each other.”

Shapes & Tiles are among the possibilities offered in the Pindrop collection.

Pindrop Shapes & Tiles, which are offered in Square, Rectangle, Hexified, Petal, Tuxedo, and 2424 Tiles, provide artistic building blocks from which limitless installation configurations are possible. These tile and shape designs are intended to interconnecting forms with colour, pattern depth, and texture can be combined, combined, or put in repeat. The shapes and tiles are offered in the 12 regular colours of the Pindrop collection as well as the three texture prints, Zuri, Clara Silk, and Milinet. The installation of the Petal, Hexified, and Tuxedo shapes includes a half-inch offset, which produces an arresting 3-dimensional impression.

The Pindrop Panels from Momentum can be simply cut down or tailored to measure depending on the project installation to ensure a perfect fit. They are offered in conventional sizes of 48″x118″ or 48″x120″. The panels are available in Zuri, Clara Silk, and Milinet, three texture patterns from the Pindrop collection, as well as etched statement patterns available in 12 different colours, which can be combined or put alone. or printed in six additional colorways in addition to normal colours. The printed designs Cross the Line, Zig Ombre, and Circlet are complementing partners to the etched patterns Crosscut, Zag, and Circ.

Decorative Layers

The Bengal, Cabana, Weatherboard, and Weatherboard Wave designs are part of the Architectural Layers range in the Pindrop collection, which is intended to provide architectural curiosity. These layers can be mounted vertically or horizontally to produce an architectural element that delivers an auditory dampening in high-sound environments. They are available in light and dark wood-inspired print or solid colours. The Weatherboard and Weatherboard Wave designs are characterised by single slats that may be fitted in a variety of configurations and are either straight or scalloped. In contrast, the Bengal and Cabana designs are characterised by varying widths of straight panels.

Colours & Finishes Throughout Pindrop, Twelve solid colorways are accessible for designers and specifiers, along with three texture patterns, three large-scale etch patterns, and three large-scale print patterns, all of which are available in six different hues. Zuri, Clara Silk, and Milinet are a few of the texture patterns that are intended to provide the illusion of textile-like textures. Zuri provides a biophilic look across the Pindrop solutions and was inspired by wood grain. The rigorous acoustic collection’s Clara Silk pattern, which was inspired by the ethereal quality of watercolour paintings and translated to fabrics, makes a calming yet interesting statement.

Specificators have the chance to experiment with rigid acoustic installations that resemble fabrics with Milinet, a design that is truly inspired by textiles. The series features three companion designs in addition to the statement motifs that are etched and printed: Crosscut and Cross the Line in etched and printed form respectively are large scale geometric designs that can work in harmony with each other. Zag and Zig Ombre in etched and printed form respectively give an undulating pattern that can be artfully combined together or installed separately. Circ and Circlet in etched and printed form respectively feature different scale cut circles that are different yet harmoniously interesting together.
