In January 2024, Trützschler’s next-generation carding machine hit the market, and yarn makers all over the world are starting to believe in it. Excellent results have been obtained by the machines in testing conducted with consumers in Turkey and other countries. It reduced energy consumption by up to 18% while achieving productivity increases of up to 40%.
Higher productivity, less energy consumption
One of the top manufacturers of textured yarn in the Turkish textile sector is Mayfil Tekstil. Its main office is in Bursa/Nilüfer. Since its founding in 2005, it has expanded quickly by putting the needs of its clients first. Mayfil made an investment in a cutting-edge vortex airjet spinning facility in 2022, with the capacity to generate up to 35 tons daily. Furthermore, the business was eager to examine the TC 30i for synthetic fibers in detail in order to determine whether it could help further Mayfil’s aspirational expansion goals. Mayfil Tekstil tested the TC 30i in February of 2024. 140 kg/h of viscose was generated with the next-generation carding machine, over 40% more than Mayfil could create with the current standard of 95 kg/h. Additionally, the new carding machine used less electricity.
Results confirmed
Inegöl Bursa-based Göl Iplik Şeremet Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. runs three factories producing a range of superior goods, with blended yarns being its area of expertise. Göl Iplik’s success over the past nearly forty years has been largely attributed to its investments in cutting-edge new goods and contemporary equipment. In early 2024, Göl Iplik tested the TC 30i for synthetic fibers as well. During intense viscose trials, this Trützschler customer examined the TC 30i in great detail. At the same quality level, the TC 30i produced results 40% faster while using 15% less power. Göl Iplik currently plans to incorporate the TC 30i into its upcoming investment plan.
