As part of its international expansion plans, the retailer is taking this step.

The retailer has, reportedly, stated that its considering new locations to open stores in the US, Hong Kong, and Singapore, besides China. These are in addition to its efforts to expand its retail footprint in the UK.

Stating on the relevance of the US as a key location, Guy Hundleby, Co-founder, Strathberry, said that Strathberry will be using insights from online activity to create a retail footprint, which would help it come closer to its customers in key US locations, especially New York and California.

Notably, the US currently accounts for about 40% of its online sales.

Here it is also important to state that Strathberry will utilize the £8 million investment from the Business Growth Fund, which was finalized at the start of this year to finance its expansion plans.

Founded in 2011, Strathberry is known for luxury goods and fashion accessories and has its headquarters at Edinburgh, Scotland.
