Sawgrass, a global pioneer in digital decoration solutions, is preparing to introduce its latest innovation, VersiFlex™, at the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 in Berlin. This much-anticipated launch, scheduled for 6–9 May at Messe Berlin (stand 2.2 – B58), will mark the European debut of a cutting-edge 3-in-1 decorating system that combines the capabilities of sublimation, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), and DTF (Direct-to-Film) technologies in a single, compact platform.
VersiFlex™ is designed to print vibrant, high-resolution designs on an extensive range of materials—from natural fabrics like cotton and linen to rigid surfaces like wood, ceramic, metal, and acrylic. This innovative system also supports vinyl and sublimation blanks, offering print professionals unprecedented versatility in one streamlined solution.
The system’s unique value lies in its all-in-one workflow, eliminating the need for separate machines, curing steps, or pre-treatment. This results in reduced setup costs, simplified production, and faster turnaround times—an ideal fit for boutique printers, on-demand producers, and growing custom businesses throughout Europe.
VersiFlex™ incorporates four core Sawgrass technologies: high-performance printers, proprietary VersiFlex™ ink formulations, smart design software, and specially engineered transfer papers. This integration ensures consistent, top-quality results while remaining easy to operate and maintain.
Designed for modern, space-conscious businesses, VersiFlex™ is compatible with the SG500 and SG1000 printers and supports both standard and extended cartridges. It fits seamlessly into small workspaces without requiring curing ovens or ventilation systems, making it scalable for a variety of commercial uses.
Environmental responsibility is also a key focus, with non-toxic inks and a waste-minimising process supporting sustainable production. The product will be available in Europe by the end of April 2025, with live demonstrations and expert support available at FESPA 2025.
