Sappi has added inkjet and sublimation sheets to the list of goods whose prices will rise. Prices for deliveries beginning on July 1 will rise by 8% to 15%, according to the company. “The extraordinary and continuous rise in raw material costs, notably for pulp, chemicals, and energy, makes pricing changes necessary,” according to Sappi.

Transjet has introduced a new line of large-format inkjet sheets. Coated sublimation papers for a variety of digital transfer printing applications, including industrial printers and textiles, are available from Transjet.
Sappi has raised the prices of its sublimation and inkjet products. Customers will be contacted by the company’s sales team to discuss how the price increase will be implemented. Sappi has previously raised the pricing of its woodfree coated and uncoated paper, packaging, and specialty grades.
