Sapphire Mills in Pakistan has partnered with XLANCE Srl, a manufacturer of stretch yarn based on polyolefin, to transform workwear with cutting-edge, environmentally friendly stretch technology. Through this partnership, XLANCE’s cutting-edge stretch yarn will be incorporated into workwear fabrics to improve comfort and durability.

One of the few mills able to take full advantage of XLANCE’s remarkable stretch properties is Sapphire Mills. The creation of a new line of XLANCE textiles with the express purpose of enhancing the sustainability and functionality of workplace and launderable clothing is the main objective of this collaboration.

It is anticipated that textiles made using XLANCE fiber will exhibit exceptional resilience to heat and chemicals, retaining their elasticity at temperatures as high as 220°C and through rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures. The fabric’s resilience holds strong even after fifty washes, which makes it especially appropriate for use in industrial laundry settings. The durable stretch guarantees a constant level of comfort and fit, which lowers the frequency of replacements.

The CEO of XLANCE Srl, Costantino Colnaghi, emphasized the rising need for fashionable and cozy workwear that draws inspiration from fashion and sportswear trends. According to him, XLANCE fiber satisfies these requirements and makes it possible to produce distinctive and avant-garde workwear items.

Sapphire Mills stressed that their dedication to sustainability and innovation is further demonstrated by this partnership.Sapphire Mills is improving its workwear fabrics and following global sustainability trends by introducing XLANCE fiber, which will have an influence on industries including military, medical, rental clothes, industrial laundries, and HORECA.
