This is the ROICA Eco-Smart™ family portfolio engineered for responsible stretch fibers and wardrobe.
It will be the ROICA™ focus at ISPO · ROICA™ V550, is a degradable stretch fiber created by using special polymer technology. It provides a sustainable end-of-life solution as it partially degrades under ISO 14855-1 conditions, as verified by OWS testing, decomposing into CO2 and water. A note of value: it has been the world-first Cradle to Cradle-Certified™ stretch yarn achieving a Material Health Gold Level Certificate. · ROICA™ EF the recycled stretch fiber made from pre-consumer materials OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. These 2 yarns together represent ROICA Eco-Smart™ family, a unique, certified tech offer, able to meet responsible business needs and contemporary consumer desires for its wardrobe, delivering performance, sustainability, comfort and style for everyday life.

BDG2 fabric delivers a silky and soft solution, ideal for loungewear and active styles, made with ROICA™ V550. Explosive Amni V550 offers double stretch, muscle support, and a clean-cut finish for high-performance wear, made with ROICA™ V550 and Amni Soul Eco® Polyamide by Fulgar with enhanced biodegradability. BRecycled 11 GRS provides a lightweight, second-skin feel certified by GRS, made with Qnova® pre-consumer recycled polyamide and ROICA™ EF elastane.
Cifra WKS

Pioneering sustainable solutions, INNOVA Fabrics showcases its Residual Free (RF) line at ISPO, addressing the issue to support microplastic impact. Created with Sensil® Biocare and ROICA™ V550, the line includes I LOVE RF and LYON RF, fabrics that excel in eco-conscious performance while maintaining exceptional elasticity and comfort. Additionally, PARIS SPECIAL V550 offers a luxurious option with a smooth, sustainable finish for high-performance garment, also made with ROICA™ V550.

Penn Textile Solutions – Penn Italia presents advanced sportwear fabrics powered by ROICA Eco-Smart™ family and ROICA Resistance™ family fibers. The NO SEE THROUGH fabrics like 13949 and 13948 prevent transparency with high-density zones and breathable areas. The FAST DRY range such as 13768 and 13999/V4 delivers moisture control, breathability, and 3D customizable designs, both fabrics are made with ROICA™ V550 providing flexibility and elasticity. The UP AND DOWN fabrics combine aerodynamic design with reinforced edges for stability, utilizing ROICA™ V550 for exceptional stretchability.
REDA Active
REDA Active takes sportswear to the next level with ZQ-certified Merino wool and ROICA™ V550 for dynamic and stretchability, high-performance applications. The D0317-3727 offers a breathable, thermoregulating Jersey Wool perfect for active lifestyles, with odor resistance and a soft touch. For a touch of luxury, the 9805 and 9806 combine functionality with elegance, ideal for versatile activewear. A leader in functional textiles, Sitip brings advanced technical fabrics powered by ROICA™ fibers to ISPO. The FORCE PLX renowned for its aerodynamic properties and warp knitting construction, utilizing ROICA™ V550 for exceptional stretchability.
The NATIVE-BLIZZARD fabric delivers superior thermal comfort through a brushed microfiber and dual-stretch structure, providing effective insulation, breathability, and easy maintenance. Utilizing ROICA™ EF for outstanding stretchability, this innovative fabric is part of Sitip’s NATIVE Sustainable Textiles line – a technology that combines recycled yarns and low-impact chemicals to minimize resource consumption and promote environmental sustainability.
Tessitura Colombo Antonio Tessitura Colombo Antonio prioritizes ROICA Eco-Smart™ family fibers. This year Tessitura Colombo Antonio introduces an innovative lace made with graphene yarn, offering thermoregulation, antistatic properties, thermal conductivity, and abrasion resistance. Designed with a geometric pattern, its elastic adaptability is provided by ROICA™ EF recycled stretch fiber, and it is ideal for sportswear, either as a standalone fabric or paired with technical materials, tailored for athleisure projects.
Additionally, Tessitura Colombo Antonio expands its collection with a new family of highly durable, bi-elastic jacquard laces. These fabrics, featuring ROICA™ EF, are designed for both supportive lingerie and footwear applications, showcasing versatility and innovation.

Showcasing its collaboration with ROICA™ V550 degradable stretch fiber for exceptional elasticity and comfort, Socklab®’s advanced socks are crafted from recyclable and biodegradable materials, utilizing renewable energy in production to ensure high performance with minimal environmental impact.

Last but not least, this ISPO edition sees also the debut of a great new partnership able to offer a way to accelerate circularity. The partnership between ROICA™ by Asahi Kasei, a pioneer in premium stretch fiber and TENCEL™ by Lenzing, a leader in wood-based cellulosic textile fibers continues at ISPO with sustainable and circular-driven textiles made for sportswear. The collaboration between the two companies has laid the foundation for new benchmarks in the field of sustainability, performance and design in the textile sector and represents an innovative step towards circular and responsibly produced fabrics. The innovative composition, the creativity of the fabrics, their design, quality and high performance are now combined with the end-of-life solutions of the product. At ISPO, this project will take center stage on December 3rd at 11:45 AM in Future Lab, Hall B2, Pink Stage. The talk will feature Mr. Hiroaki Shinohe, Chief Marketing Officer of ROICA™ at Asahi Kasei, and Mr. Carlo Covini, Business Development Manager of textiles business, Italy and Switzerland of Lenzing, who will discuss shared objectives, strategies, and activities, moderated by Giusy Bettoni, CEO and founder of C.L.A.S.S.
