As there is easing of the lockdown and slowly reopening of the economy in the US, Business seems to slowly bloom again as for the time being, normalcy is coming back. Thus, the retailers are developing post- pandemic strategies which will be about reducing inventory levels, low rent payments, and less investment for promotions, keeping profit in mind.
The big apparel companies like American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (AEO) and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. are also adjusting their business models as many of their stores got temporarily shut due to pandemics. Less is now going to be the mantra adopting by retailers and apparel companies.
