Recruitment demand and candidate quality are increasing in the textile-garment business, according to a new report

According to the newest study from recruiting firm Navigos Group, job seekers’ abilities in the textile and apparel sector matched employers’ criteria in the first half.
Their technological and foreign language abilities have increased over the previous five years as a result of training advancements.
Over the last ten years, schools and universities have added an increasing number of textile and garment training programs.
Textile and garment companies have yet to hire foreign candidates for important positions. Vietnamese candidates still have limited foreign language skills especially when compared to their Indian or the Philippine counterparts. Huge investments in the country, by both foreign and Vietnamese enterprises, have led to changes to production chains, facilities, infrastructure, quality of the workforce, and human resources policies.
