Reaction , Odisha recently announced all forms of e-commerce delivery

A single state allowing e-commerce deliveries, even of non-essential products, does not necessarily spell a solution. For vertical players, the complete cycle of production to delivery is on hold due to lack of resources. Besides, irrespective of what is allowed, people will only have their focus on essential products.

Unless there’s a unanimous move to allow delivery of non-essential products from all the states with relaxation on state-to-state transport of goods and production in some capacity, there won’t be much of an impact.
