Pratibha Syntex Wins two awards on the trot

Having an unwavering commitment to empowering people and conserving the environment, Pratibha Syntex Ltd has been bestowed with two awards in two consecutive days. The Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FMPCCI) felicitated Maximum Manpower Employment Award in Large Industry Category. And Brands and Sourcing Leaders Association has honoured Pratibha Syntex Ltd with sustainability award.

Honourable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, during a ceremony held at Courtyard Marriott Bhopal on Sunday, presented the Maximum Manpower Employment Award to Mr P K Verma, Vice President Finance, Pratibha Syntex Ltd.

The sustainability award from Brand and Sourcing Leaders Association was received by Mr Nitin Seth, COO, Pratibha Syntex Ltd.

On receiving the awards, Mr Shreyaskar Chaudhary, Managing Director, Pratibha Syntex Ltd, mentioned that the accolades are a testament to our commitment to empowering individuals through job opportunities and unrelenting efforts to save the environment for future generations.

Speaking about employment generation Chaudhary said that today the company provides direct employment to around 6500 individuals and the company is in expansion mode. The new unit Pratibha Swaraj is coming up in Ujjain. The factory is going to employ 4000 individuals. 80% of this unit’s manpower would be women.

Circularity and sustainability are at the core of Pratibha business strategy, said Chaudhary adding that we played a pivotal role in the development of C2C products. Over 30% of energy is sourced from renewable energy. A 2.5 MW rooftop solar power plant has been installed in the factory. Water and energy-efficient machines have been outfitted in the processes. Absolute GHG emissions for the main plant have been reduced by 21% from 2021 to 2022.
