The owner India’s renowned premier engineering company and manufacturer of latest technology textile weaving preparatory machines, Prashant group hosted a “customer meet” on September 1, 2023 at Avadh Utopia in Surat. This customer interaction event was held to celebrate the sale of 1000 High Speed Sectional Warping Machines in the textile city. The details of latest machines developed by company, were also presented during the meet. More than 700 industry entrepreneurs attended in the gathering.
The chairman of Prashant Group, Mr. Prakash Shah said, “At Prashant Group, we focus on values like innovation, quality, automation and services. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We have received a great response from Surat and because of that only we have been able to sell more than 1000 High Speed Warping Machines here. Surat has contributed a lot in the overall progress of the group. Today we are exporting our machineries to more than 50 countries including America, Europe and Africa. Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is emphasising on “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” and “Make in India” and it is a matter of pride for Prashant Group that we are supplying the technical textile machineries to China as well.
A presentation was made through video about the various textile products of the group. Officials of Prashant Group said, our company is pioneer in the field of fixed cone technology. Textile weaving requires high quality beams to produce best fabrics and the Prashant Group is known for the same. We have developed the machines as per the requirement of the customer. Prashant Group’s sectional warping machine is well known in India and worldwide. A servotronic 5400 mm working width sectional machine has been manufactured by Prashant Gamatex, is the first of its kind in the country. Apart from this, Prashant Group has developed a robotic sectional machine, which is useful for regular and sample production up to 3.6 meters. This latest machine is in high demand in foreign countries as well.
Prashant Group also has expanded it’s product range to suit changing requirement of the natural and man-made fiber as well as filament sector. Techtronic sectional warping machine (beaming tension upto 6000 kg), beam to beam rolling machine, single end sizing machine, warp printer machines which are useful in technical textile sector have been manufactured by the company. The company has also developed advanced indigo rope dyeing and indigo sheet dyeing machines with the use of nitrogen technology. In addition, polymers and unrolling creels for technical textiles have also been developed. The company is currently exporting machinery to many countries of the world apart from India.
For easy availability of spare parts and service in the city and near by industrial area, the company has also started a service center at Udhna estate with ths staff of six engineers. The customers expressed their satisfaction regarding the service provided by the Prashant Group.
