Perennials and Sutherland, LLC, a global design supplier, has announced the development of Perennials Textiles Mexico. The company approved a physical expansion that would double the amount of operational space and create an additional hundred full-time jobs. “We’re dubbing this initiative the Megalodon Project because of its enormous influence on establishing a brighter future,” says PTM General Manager Miguel Maciel.
Perennials Textiles de Mexico PTM is developing its manufacturing plant in Mexico, with full operations scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2022. The Company has made a multi-million dollar investment in the expansion, which is well advanced. For the past 25 years, Perennials has been manufacturing 100% solution dyed acrylic performance fabrics. The company’s Mexican manufacturing has played a significant role in Perennial’s growth.
