Parkdale’s decision to integrate these wires stems from their significant contributions to quality and precision, particularly their exceptional durability. These wires offer up to 30% longer service life compared to conventional solutions, resulting in a 25% reduction in maintenance needs. This translates to minimized downtime, smoother operations, and lower costs for Parkdale.
The versatility of the SUPERTIP range is another key advantage. With over 300 available versions, Trützschler can tailor the wires to Parkdale’s diverse applications and process parameters, eliminating the need for grinding after installation and further extending maintenance intervals.
