With the release of its most recent color collection, Pantone LLC expanded its portfolio of Fashion, Home, and Interiors (FHI) products by 175 new hues. This is the first time that these colors are arranged into two separate palettes, called “Pantone FHI Dualities.”Two trend-focused palettes—98 “New Age Pastels” and 77 “Shadows”—are included in the collection. When combined, they give designers an adaptable and imaginative toolkit that helps them convey the complexity of the modern world while enabling each piece to tell a distinct tale.

The “Shadows” palette explores the range between black and white while diving into the nuances of color. It offers gentle, grounded hues with a range of gray tones, both warm and cold, that signify new beginnings and stimulate fresh perspectives. On the other hand, the “New Age Pastels” palette presents lively and vivacious pastels that transcend artistic limitations. These cheerful colors, which include shades of gentle lavender, minty green, and bright yellow, evoke peace and relaxation. These hues provide a joyful, carefree vibe that gives any design a hint of magic.

“Digital innovation and a renewed desire for simplicity meet in this era of contrasting forces,” stated Tannese Williams, head of Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors. “The Pantone FHI Dualities palettes reflect these dynamics, giving designers the ability to express today’s rich contrasts with elegance and edge.”The new palettes can now be bought as a temporary independent extension or as part of the Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors product range.
